Dear Sara,

I suggest you contact parking lots and parking companies in your surroundin=
g area and compare rates. They may be published on the internet too.  You s=
hould be competitive. Not cheap.

It is wise to have a bailment ticket too.  You probably don=E2=80=99t need =
legal help on this.  Just use the language on a parking lot ticket and have=
 a sign or written agreement (depending how you are doing this) that includ=
es the appropriate language. You can get that from the posted sign on a par=
king garage too! They=E2=80=99ve already paid the lawyer :)  This is import=
ant to do so you don=E2=80=99t have any property liability obligations if s=
omething happens to the car on your property. =20
