Yeah sorry, guess I didn't answer your question. For us we got all the way
through the negotiations, and then at the last minute El Camino decided to
lease a lot from a car dealership. But the whole process and developing the
agreement was an education, which is why I shared the points I did. My
recollection is that we were working on somewhere between $5-$10 per space
per day. Since they are a hospital, what they were willing and able to do
may be quite a bit lower than what a tech company would offer.
