Just a comment.

If we received a copy of the emails we send out to t he Conference as recip=
ient as well as sender there would be a sense of reassurance that the mail =
was received. At the current time, if you send an email out now you have no=
 idea if anyone got it.  As an example, I sent one last week about a music =
conference in San Jose. I received no comment from anybody on this (don=92t=
 need to) but not receiving a copy back I have no idea whether anybody got =
it. This may be adding to the confusion.
