Many mailing list packages offer that option, usually
on a subscriber-by-subscriber basis.
Google Groups, however, does not, as far as I can tell.
If anyone knows how to change the setting for Google
Groups, I'd appreciate the information.

Actually, there's an archive of all the messages at
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/scvlp
It includes your recent posting.
However, the presence of something in the archive only
proves that the mailing list got the material for
distribution. It doesn't tell you whether the material
got delivered to (or rejected or spam-filtered by)any
particular subscriber or their mail service.

That's a good point. The collateral damage of the Yahoo and
AOL decisions to deploy certain DMARC options is still being
assessed; mailing lists and forwarding services are both at
risk. There are a bunch of variables. If there's a specific
case of concern, please don't hesitate to let me know about
the particulars.
