Hi Colleagues,=20

We have a little insurance issue/debate going on here at Immanuel. =C2=A0A =
representative from our liability insurance, Church Mutual, has suddenly co=
ntacted us asking our council to pass a resolution indicating we will keep =
a log of every volunteer who does anything for the church or comes on our p=
roperty, when they're here, and what they're doing. As you can imagine that=
 can literally mean dozens (some weeks even hundreds) of log=C2=A0entries=
=C2=A0in a busy week. We're asking who would keep that, how would it be man=
aged, etc. Since none of us have ever heard of=C2=A0anything=C2=A0like this=
 before, we're wondering if any of the rest of you are encountering somethi=
ng similar. Is it new? Peculiar to one insurance company or type of=C2=A0co=
verage?=20

Any insight to this that you can provide will be appreciated. If you have s=
omeone in your congregation who has more knowledge about this, we appreciat=
e being able to contact them.=C2=A0=20

Thanks,=20
David=20
