David,

Had a Council Mtg. shortly after your email and shared your insurance
questions...  The comments of our council:  All outside users of our
property (pre-school, AA, Korean Church, etc.) are required to have their
own insurance. Our church insurance therefore requires none of what you
said yours was requesting.  Our insurance is Farmers and our agent is a
member of Our Savior's.  His name is David.  If you'd like to talk to him,
I know he would be happy to share with you...  Just call our Savior's and
our church secretary will give you his number.
