I have some students at CLU (our ELCA school) and have known a few folks wh=
o went to Concordia U (Missouri Synod and clearly more conservative, smalle=
r and more limited course offerings. Of course I'm biased against this one=
). =20
If you want more info on CLU and want some more info, there are grads aroun=
d, I could connect you to students there and they have local promotion peop=
le who could talk to you about it.
Encourage people also to consider PLU in Tacoma. My daughter went there an=
d I think it's better than CLU with a little broader cross-section of stude=
nts (CLU, being in Thousand Oaks has a lot of pretty wealthy kids, from my =
perspective). If kids can stand the cold and rainy weather of Tacoma, it h=
as some strengths. I can refer you to a couple of faculty if religious edu=
cation is part of the interest your people have.
