discussed. =C2=A0It was moved, seconded, and approved without dissent=20
to nominate Mark Nelson for another term.=20

The group discussed shortcomings in how word of the District and=20
Conference gathering was delivered to congregations, as evidenced=20
by the sparse attendance. =C2=A0It was suggested to create an additional=20
e-mail list for congregational points-of-contact to supplement=20
SCVLP@googlegroups.com in announcing meetings. =C2=A0Conference secretary=
=20
Randy Presuhn agreed to create such an email list.=20

The remainder of the group's time together was spent in discussion=20
of a possible reconfiguration of districts and conferences to avoid=20
the current situation in which our processes result in more people=20
being elected to attend Churchwide Assembly as voting members than=20
there are votes allotted to our synod.=20
