Thanks Manda for your careful reading of this memo.  I was thinking each
congregation could bring an extra voting member.  I believe the parish has
money in its account to pay for this extra person.  Now for the nomination
process. I would like to suggest that we contact Pueblo de Dios for a
nominee.  I believe they need the connection to the Lutheran life and
polity more than any other I can think of.  I would be glad to contact
Euardo regarding this proposal.
Are there any other suggestions out there from the rest of you all?
