Hi G,
The Bishop met with the clergy group several months ago ad we discussed his
infidelity.
The synod council took up the issue after a due process (ask the synod what
exactly it includes) and issued this decision.
Yes, we have discussed how to minister to Joseph and also importantly how
to support Pueblo and the interim pastor Eduardo.  I believe the decision
is final and you can figure out how to support both wounded parties.
Infidelity is a serious infraction, and requires removal immediately from
the congregation.
