Hi -

It has been 15 months since the last email on the SCVLP
email list, and over two years since the next message prior
to that.  I suspect it is time to retire that list.

If we retire it, one additional concern arises: whether to
retain in some form the archive of messages on that list.
Google doesn't provide a convenient means of exporting its
archived messages, so if the group decides this is worth keeping,
we can either keep that mailing list alive just for the sake
of retaining the archive, or I can spend some time cobbling
together an appropriate hack to scrape the messages into
an archive.

So, two questions:
    1) retire SCVLP@googlegroups.com?
    2) create an archive of the messages from that list?

I appreciate any thoughts you might have.
