9:30-10:30  welcome & worship

10:30-10:45 break  

10:45 - 11:45 keynote speaker:  Dr Carol Jacobson, PLTS

11:45 -- 12:45  workshops

12:45-1:30  lunch

1:30-2:00  Word from the Bishop's office, Jose-Luis

2:00 3:00  conference meetings  (sending prayer by each dean at the end of
their meeting)

 

The workshops are:

1.  President's gathering  with Dean Ed and Jose Luis

2.  Emergent Worship development with Glenda Voss

3.  Social Justice with ????

4.  Youth Leaders with Elizabeth Wood

5.  Thrivent Financial with Wayne (?)  finances for young families

6.  Pastors with the keynote speaker

How do we in each of our settings reach out with the Good News to those who
call themselves "spiritual but not religious"?  We asked Dr. Carol Jacobson
from PLTS to be our speaker and address this question.



Also planned are:

+ Opening Eucharist

+ Joint Lunch (suggested donation is $ 5.00)

+ District and conference meetings - nominations will be made for those who
would like to attend the 2013 Churchwide Assembly (which will take place in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from August 12-18, 2013.)

+ Workshops for Worship Leaders, Council Presidents, Youth Leaders, Social
Justice Ministries

+ Thrivent Seminar
