For me, the motivation would be to get a better idea what's
helpful (and what's not-so-helpful) to include in the report, and
how to organize it. We've done many different things over the
years, and I'm not entirely happy with any of them. I'm always
interested in better ways to organize and present information.
I'm also a bit curious about what other congregations are doing -
mission projects, fundraising, evangelism, educational programs,
and so on. Perhaps if we knew what other folks were doing, there
might be a better chance of joint efforts or avoiding re-inventing
the wheel.
Anyway, it's just a thought.
