Many of you should have already received notification that this is taking place. Labor Day Speak Out is an effort to engage the religious community with the needs of low wage, non-health care receiving, under appreciated and overworked workers in our community. This year we will be concentrating on the plight of Hotel Workers in the Silicon Valley. If you would like to host a worker to tell his or her story during your worship service on Labor Day weekend, connecting his or her story to the lessons for the day, let me know and I will get your name on the list. As I have a short turn around time on this (because of other things that I am engaged in during this time) I will be doing follow up calls on Monday of next week ( I apologize in advance to anyone whom I bother on their day off). God's blessings, John Freesemann
