Hello everyone:

 

After having struck out twice on a possible overall coordinator for the
volunteers for synod assembly, we are back to square one, and so I have to
ask again whether you could get the word out, please to your congregations.

We need an overall coordinator for the volunteers. The volunteers themselves
are not too hard to recruit and working with them is very rewarding based on
the report of the previous coordinator.

The expected time requirement is about 1-2 hrs of work per week right now,
and about 6 hrs of work right before the synod assembly, and then to be
present at the assembly as well which takes place from May 18-20 at the
Marriot in San Jose.

I can give more details if need them.
