ers for Synod Assembly 2014, and I am just getting back to you now.  Attach=
ed is the form that we are asking pastors to circulate as we will need abou=
t 100 volunteers for Synod Assembly 2014.

We are hoping that you can help circulate this form at your conference meet=
ings and also to all the pastors in your conference and by email.  We know =
that this will be a busy Assembly especially on Friday and Saturday.  We wi=
ll need the most help with putting badges together before the conference an=
d then with Registration on Friday and Saturday.  We will also need hosts a=
nd hostesses to help with giving directions when people need information an=
d with the other things listed on the form.

Barbara Solberg  and I are the co-chairs of the volunteers and we are askin=
g that volunteer names are sent to Barbara at dbsolberg@att.net with the in=
formation on this form.
