Hi -

Don't forget to attend Thursday's "First Thursday" gathering of SCVLP
Pastors, at noon on October 4th at St. John Lutheran Church at 581
East Fremont Avenue in Sunnyvale.  Pastor LaVinnia Pearson will lead
a discussion of "Changing the Conversation: a third way for congregations."
She notes: "This book was used in my Intentional Interim training class
this summer, and all who were in the class found it helpful.  One of the
presenters stated, "We live in a time of transition, every church is in
transition and every pastor is a transitional pastor."

Also, don't forget weekly text study rbrty Tuesday at noon, meeting at
the Coffee Society, 21265 Stevens Creek Blvd. Ste. 202 in Cupertino!
