This book was used in my Intentional Interim training classthis summer, and=
 all who were in the class found it very helpful.  One of the presenters st=
ated, =E2=80=9CWe live in atime of transition, every church is in transitio=
n and every pastor is atransitional pastor.=E2=80=9D  As I have thoughtabou=
t this statement in light of this book, I think there is relevance for allo=
f us, regardless of where we are in our ministry.  I will also share a few =
ideas from my interimtraining that I found helpful. =20
